It's easy for you to place your listings for sale at Homes.bid
- Step 1: Have the Homes.bid Addendum To Listing Agreement signed by the seller. Have it manually signed or e-signed. Also have your Broker sign it or sign it on behalf of your Broker. Send a copy to listingdocs @ Homes.bid

- Step 2: If not already in the MLS, enter the listing in the MLS and be sure to add the following statement to the listing information in the MLS: "All Offers or Bids MUST be submited at Homes.bid There will be no Exceptions!"
- Step 3: One of our Transactions Coordinators will contact you to help you complete the listing process. They will copy the necessary property details/listing information from the MLS into our system, send you a preview link so that you can preview and approve before the listing goes live to start receiving offers or bids at Homes.bid
- Step 4: Our Transactions Coordinators assist you and help track the transactions from listings, to contracts and through to closing.
- Step 5: At closing, the Buyers Broker and Sellers Broker fees are paid directly by the Title Company / Escrow Officer. You get Paid at closing!
